Suicide Postvention Program
Knowing that some suicides are unpreventable, and that there is more vulnerability for another suicide in families where one has occurred, KCSAPP will link survivors to resources in the community for support from organizations that focus on trauma such as the Trauma Support Network and to local support groups such as Suicide Awareness and Survivor Support. |

Kansas City Suicide Awareness and Prevention Program believed that we needed to give students a clearer picture of what treatment might entail, and, simultaneously, to improve the quality of the actual services available to students. |
